Is this lined or paclite type jacket or do you need A thermal or midlayer

Hi Ronnie, the Tour XP is our thickest rain jacket, so it provides decent insulation. however, on cooler days, you will still want to have a thermal or mid-layer shirt underneath. It is basically just an unlined shell.
